All shipments are made via CTT Expresso and include a tracking number, sent by email and SMS between 17:00 and 19:00 on the day of dispatch.

Orders up to €40

  • Multibanco, MBWay, Card or Bank Transfer: €4.00
  • Cash on Delivery: €7.50 (includes a €3.50 fee)

Orders above €40

  • Multibanco, MBWay, Card or Bank Transfer: Free Shipping
  • Cash on Delivery: €3.50

* Cash on Delivery is only available for orders equal to or greater than €25.00, exclusively for Mainland Portugal.

🏝️ Madeira and Azores

  • Orders up to €60: €6.00
  • Orders above €60: Free Shipping

🌍 International

Shipments only with advance payment. Cash on delivery not available.

  • Europe: €10.00
  • Rest of the World: €15.00

No shipping costs. Only the value of the items.

⏱️ Shipping Times

  • Payment confirmed until 14:00 → shipped on the same business day
  • Payment confirmed after 14:00 → shipped on the next business day
  • No shipments on weekends or holidays
  • In case of out-of-stock, you will be contacted by email with alternatives

🔒 100% Discreet Shipping

Orders are dispatched in neutral packaging, without any identification of the content or the store. We use padded envelopes or cardboard boxes suitable for the size of the products. If you are not at home, a notice will be left for collection at CTT.

↩️ Guarantees and Returns

Pérola SexShop complies with Decree-Law 24/2014, of 14/02. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the order, without needing to state a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us by email at geral@perolasexshop.pt within the deadline. Items must be returned within a maximum of 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

The refund will be made within the legal maximum period of 14 days after withdrawal.

Conditions for accepting returns:

  • Returns with removed plastic or violated tamper-evident seal are not accepted (except for proven malfunction). Always check the product before opening.
  • Cosmetic products, personal hygiene products, underwear, and intimate use products cannot be returned after opening the packaging.
  • The return must be accompanied by the respective invoice and the items properly packaged in their original packaging.
  • Cash on delivery returns are not accepted.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal through our Withdrawal Form, as provided in Directive 2011/83/EU.
